We are 3 years into a Club build and seek someone to help continue our growth and development. The program is part of Riverside Area Youth Soccer League in PA West, and the program is called BC United https://bculife.com/

Position Type: BC United Technical Director

Job Location: Beaver County, Pennsylvania

Salary: $30,000 - $35,000

Minimum License: USSF or Equivalent "D" License

Experience: None required, but some preferred

Description: The Technical Director will be responsible for curriculum build and execution. They will also need to handle relationships with facilities, vendors and leagues. You will work closely with the Club's Director and shall improve all aspects of coaching and player development at the Club through internal training and analyzing the performance environment on a regular basis to make adequate changes.

Job Expectations: Report to the Club Director. Manage all aspects of player and coach development on an annual basis. Help build and manage the budget for soccer-related activities including staff, events, equipment, etc. You will also coach a few teams.  Develop, Update, Execute Player Development Plans and Initiatives. Aid Directors in Soccer Related Decisions. Deliver CPD Events For All Staff Members
