(Competitive), LYSA (Recreational), Adult Soccer and TOPSoccer and would be charged with leading and managing existing staff members in key areas of customer service, program delivery and overall program development.

Lexington Youth Soccer Association, Inc. is seeking a full-time Director of Operations to lead the day-to-day operations of the soccer club and work under the Club Director, Director of Coaching and Board of Directors in carrying out the organization’s goals and initiatives. The Director of Operations would be responsible for the organization of all soccer operations for Lexington FC (Competitive), LYSA (Recreational), Adult Soccer and TOPSoccer and would be charged with leading and managing existing staff members in key areas of customer service, program delivery and overall program development. Responsibilities would include overseeing league affiliations and relationships, field and facility management, managing team volunteers, general club communications and overall customer service, tournament scheduling and implementation, community and similar outreach and similar activities. Business administration and prior club soccer participation is preferred.

About Lexington Youth Soccer Association, Inc. / Lexington FC LYSA/LFC is a non-profit organization formed in 1977 and has grown to be one of the largest soccer organizations in the Commonwealth of Kentucky with almost 2000 participants. LYSA/LFC is unique to Central Kentucky and one of only a few throughout the Commonwealth, as it is the ONLY organization that has programs for everyone. This includes soccer opportunities for elite select players competing for club State championships and in Regional and National leagues (Lexington FC), beginner players or players playing more recreationally (LYSA), adults looking to enjoy the game of soccer (Adult Soccer) and even athletes with intellectual, emotional, and or physical disabilities (TOPSoccer), making it truly THE club for soccer at all levels and players throughout Central Kentucky.
