Do you love Sports? Are you business minded? This is great opportunity to combine a passion for sport with the sports business. The Sports Director would be responsible for all day to day operations of our Sports Organization. This person must be available to work nights Saturday and Sunday mornings.
Responsibilities:
· Directs and supervises programs, activities, and manages organizations objectives.
· Responsible for carrying out administrative tasks across all properties
· Expand youth sports programs in accordance with strategic and operating plans.
· Responsible for building and organizing leagues, teams, scheduling games and events,
· Responsible for managing budgets and overseeing the recruitment and training of staff
· Train and equip volunteers, coaches, referees
· Be the point person for all properties
· Maintain a high level of communication with all parties
· Facilitates program evaluations
Job Requirements
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in youth sports
· Excellent Communication Skills
· Great Customer Service Skill
· Organized and Detail Oriented
· Playbook Agreement agreed & signed
· CPR, First Aid, and AED Certification
· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
