The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. If your team did not participate in its Conference and is eligible to apply based on its 2019 finish at your respective US Youth Soccer Regional Championship Competition in June/July 2019, please check your team’s finish.
This certifies that the Team named at the top of this application is eligible to apply for the 2019-20 National League. By submitting this application, the above Team agrees to abide by the charter, rules, policies and decisions of the US Youth Soccer National League. The team acknowledges that upon acceptance, it will pay the team fee as required in the team acceptance communication.
Teams participating in the National League are required to participate in US Youth Soccer Conference play during the 2019-20 season (exception: 19U teams are not required to play in Conference play in 2019-20).
